The Pre-Placement Talk and CV Writing Session was conducted on 7th May 2024, aiming to equip students with essential skills for securing job placements. The session was organized by Training and placement cell, Shree Mahavir Institute of Pharmacy, Nashik and was delivered by the Training and placement officer Ms. Nikita S. Rathod.


Pre-Placement Talk

The pre-placement talk focused on providing insights into the recruitment process, company expectations, and the current job market scenario.

1. Understanding Recruiter Expectations: The speaker emphasized the qualities and skills that companies typically seek in candidates, including technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

CV Writing Session
